PROMOTIONAL PERIOD AND QUALIFYING LOCATIONS: This promotion is valid only during the following promotional period at the Qualifying Locations listed below as redeemed in an iTunes account registered in a Qualifying Country (as listed below), and is subject to the eligibility and other requirements, terms and conditions herein.

Promotional Period: From December 1, 2016 until May 19, 2017 (the “Promo Period”).

Qualifying Locations: Apple Store locations, www.apple.com, and 1-800-MY-APPLE, and all authorized Apple resellers (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location.

Qualifying Countries or Regions: This promotion is only valid when redeemed for use in an iTunes account registered in the following countries or regions (each a “Qualifying Country or Region”): United States of America (excluding Puerto Rico), Canada, Mexico, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and New Zealand. Persons with iTunes accounts in other jurisdictions do not qualify.

THE PROMOTION: Customers who purchase an Eligible Product from a Qualifying Location during the Promo Period, register such Eligible Product at beatsbydre.com/register, and submit the offer code included in the box of their Eligible Product during registration may receive a 3-Month Apple Music Gift Card, which can be redeemed in an iTunes account registered in a Qualifying Country towards an individual Apple Music subscription purchased from Apple or other eligible iTunes Store products and services.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS: The following products are eligible for the promotion (each an “Eligible Product”). No refurbished products are eligible for the promotion.

You may decline to accept the Apple Music Gift Card at time of purchase. This promotional offer expires when the initial registration transaction is complete, and any subsequent requests for the Apple Music Gift Card will not be honored.
